All of our brands are shipped ex-works Denmark or Finland! We would be more than happy to assist with your freight/shipping needs.
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.
Depending on the brand a 50% or 100% payment upfront is needed - please contact us for more information

What if my order arrives damaged?
In the very rare situation where your order would arrive damaged. We do kindly ask that you inspect all shipments with 2 business days of arriving. Any transport damage must be communicated directly to the carrier upon receipt but no later than 2 days from receipt of the goods and in writing to the forwarder. If in doubt make a note on the freight document that the goods are received with reservation.
If an item is found damaged, please retain all packaging until further notice. Also please refer to the respective brand Term & Conditions. Furthermore do take photos of damage packaging and product for proof.
Returns of damage goods
In case of damage goods, please contact us and refer to the brand (General Conditions of Sale and terms of Delivery) from which you purchased your products immediately. Return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable.
