dk3 is a Danish design furniture company established in 2009. Their collection combines exclusive classic and contemporary furniture from great Danish architects and designers such as Jeppe Utzon, Kaare Klint, Børge Mogensen, Poul Cadovius and others.
dk3 create furniture pieces shaped and crafted by true enthusiasts, always with the ambition to unite the finest carpentry traditions with modern and classic furniture design through the fusion of timeless steel or brass components and high quality wood. The love for organic material and uncompromising focus on quality is evident throughout the entire process, from the first design sketches to the manufacturing in the carpentries, where the furniture is finished and surface treated by hand.
The Sibast Furniture collection features respectful reissues and refinements of iconic furniture by Helge Sibast that stay true to the open-minded and playful character of the 1950s and 60s. Preserving the original craftsmanship and timeless appearance, the collection also features new and contemporary designs. A vibrant combination that carries on the Sibast aesthetics and design heritage to future generations.
Danish furniture maker Brdr. Petersen was established in 1973 by twin brothers Egon and Erling. Through changing times, Brdr. Petersen has retained the same ethos of honesty and commitment to quality that initially laid the foundation of the furniture workshop. Located in an old farmhouse in the Danish countryside, a small team of dedicated upholsterers and craftsmen manufacture a carefully chosen range of furniture by some of the greatest Danish designers to a select audience worldwide.
Finland's hidden gem. A wood design studio and furniture manufacturer. Founded in 1967, the company broke new ground in furniture design from the beginning. Using traditional Nordic woodworking and cabinetmaking techniques along with a minimalist aesthetic, the Finnish design house created distinctive pieces of furniture that brought together tradition and modern design. The company has a history of collaborating with great creatives. For example, Alvar Aalto, Jasper Morrison and Cecilie Manz, to mention a few. Nikari maintains its place at the top of design-focused furniture manufacturers with a collection that stuns with its ultra-clean look.
Bernhard Pedersen & Son
The Danish furniture maker Bernh. Pedersen & Søn has a long and strong tradition in furniture and cabinetmaking stretching all the way back to the company’s start in 1902. Through three generations the family firm has created and sold classic Danish furniture to many parts of the world.
The period 1950 - 1970 in particular was characterized by some of the most stunning and well-executed pieces in Bernh. Pedersen & Son’s history. Especially the classic mid-century sideboards and daybeds designed by Danish furniture designers, including the Danish world-renowned Johannes Andersen, Svend Aage Madsen and Kurt Østervig were - and still are - highly valued by customers worldwide.
